Red Wine

Merlot Domaine St Estève 2018 Vin de Pays d’Oc.

  • Typically robust and gutsy merlot from Provence. Big, purple-tinged colour, ripe and concentrated fruit on the nose and palate. Uncomplicated, but with enough acidity and soft tannin to avoid jamminess.

Chateau Patache D’Aux 2010 Cru Bourgeois Supérieure C.B.

  • One of Bordeaux’ most northern properties with vineyards planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine is generally medium bodied with hints of blackberry and cassis which come through after opening. This wine is absolutely ready for drinking and will be enjoyed with a variety of dishes.

Château de Fieuzal 2000 C.B Pessac

  • This old favourite produces classic silky Graves. From the wonderful 2000 vintage is fully mature; fine deep colour with tawny rim; exuberant Cabernet-dominant fruit on the nose, with cedary well-developed secondary characteristics; lovely ripe round palate, long and balanced.
